You are feeling alone, hopeless and scared. You aren't sure which way to go from here, but you're not ready to share your story amongst others in a group coaching class.

If this sounds like you, feel secure knowing Christa is available for limited individual coaching sessions.

In this private one-on-one web based session, you will experience self-discovery, support and build up your courage supply. You will begin personal strategy planning to either get out of an abusive relationship or get up from the aftermath of abuse. Not only will you be able to discuss matters confidentially, you will have accountability from someone who has been in the dark place where you are (or just came from).
